Primary Crusher Drainage Rectification

Scope:
Drainage works associated with the undermining of a Primary Crusher conveying system take-up tower. Works included, preparatory excavations and earthworks to excise existing
drainage and water infrastructures, supply, and installation of 450mm HDPE pipe works and valving, excavation and making good of multiple road crossings. Installation of headwalls, diversion drains with stone pitching to aid in water shedding for the crusher area.
Tonic group engaged to complete cement stabilisation of an 11,000m2 hardstand area for the construction of an Ammonium Nitrate facility in remote western Australia.
Due to our clients needs for a speedy mobilisation and subsequent execution Tonic and its group partners were able to mobilise this work within a 10 day period to ensure the deadlines for completion were met.
Tonic group was successfully completed the installation of DN900 waste chutes across our clients screen house infrastructure to remove the risks associated with manual labour and cranage activities to bring waste to ground level for disposal.
Tonic completed the design and installation of this package to our clients using our in house and group partners ensuring a cost effective outcome.
